A Hawk Healing Hands Private Party Experience brings personalized Animal Communication and Intuitive Readings directly to your gathering. Each participant receives an approximately 15-minute individual session and may choose either Animal Communication or an Intuitive Reading.Private Parties are designed for groups of up to 8 participants and are perfect for bachelorette parties, birthdays, girls’ nights and other special gatherings in the Austin and surrounding Hill Country area.For bachelorette parties, the bride-to-be also receives a complimentary 15-minute private Healing Hands session designed to give her a quiet moment to relax, reset and enjoy a little extra care during her celebration.

Hawk Healing Hands brings the experience directly to you! Private Parties may be held at Airbnbs, vacation rentals, hotels, private homes and other approved gathering spaces throughout the Austin and surrounding Hill Country area.Local travel is included. Extended travel fees may apply depending on your event location and estimated drive time. Simply provide the complete event address when submitting your inquiry, and any applicable travel fee will be confirmed before you book.

Private Party Experiences are designed for groups of up to 8 participants. Pricing begins at $450 for up to 6 participants, with options available for groups of 7 or 8.Your final participant count is due 7 days before your event. If you'd like to add someone after your final headcount has been submitted, please contact Hawk Healing Hands first. Additional participants cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability, the 8-person maximum and any applicable package adjustment.If someone is unable to attend after the final headcount deadline, the confirmed package price remains unchanged.

Hawk Healing Hands plans the experience with enough time for transitions between participants while keeping your celebration moving comfortably.

Yes! Each participant may choose the experience that feels right for them: an approximately 15-minute Animal Communication session or an Intuitive Reading.Your group does not need to choose the same service. One person may want to connect with a beloved animal while another may prefer an Intuitive Reading focused on themselves.For Animal Communication, please have a clear, recent photo of the animal available on your phone. Your animal does not need to be physically present for the session.Participants can make their individual choice during the event, so there is no need for the host to coordinate everyone's selections ahead of time.

No. Your animal does not need to be physically present for an Animal Communication session.If you choose Animal Communication during your Private Party Experience, simply have a clear, recent photo of your animal available on your phone for DeeDee to view during your session.This makes Animal Communication easy to enjoy whether your gathering is at an Airbnb, hotel, vacation rental or private home—and your fur baby can stay comfortable at home while you enjoy your celebration.

A quiet, comfortable semi-private area works best for individual sessions. This could be a corner of the living room, a bedroom, patio or another space where DeeDee and each participant can sit comfortably and have a little separation from the rest of the group.The space does not need to be completely silent or secluded. The goal is simply to create enough privacy for each participant to relax, focus and enjoy their experience without competing with loud conversations, music or other distractions.Hawk Healing Hands will bring what is needed for the session; your host simply needs to provide an appropriate space at the event location.

Yes. You are welcome to enjoy alcoholic beverages during your celebration. Hawk Healing Hands simply asks that participants remain able to comfortably and respectfully take part in their individual sessions.For everyone's comfort and safety, DeeDee reserves the right to decline a session for anyone who appears visibly intoxicated or unable to meaningfully participate. A session declined due to intoxication is not eligible for a refund or replacement session.

Please have your group ready to begin at the scheduled start time so everyone can enjoy their full experience.If the event begins late because the group or event space is not ready, the original scheduled end time may still apply, and individual sessions may need to be shortened to accommodate the confirmed participant count.If Hawk Healing Hands is responsible for a delayed start, your scheduled experience time will not be reduced.

A 50% nonrefundable reservation retainer is required to secure your event date and time. Your final participant count and remaining balance are due 7 days before your event.If your plans change, you may reschedule your Private Party one time when at least 7 days’ notice is provided, subject to Hawk Healing Hands’ availability.Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event are nonrefundable and nontransferable.Hawk Healing Hands understands that severe weather and genuine emergencies can happen. These situations will be reviewed individually with safety and fairness in mind.If Hawk Healing Hands must cancel and cannot provide the scheduled experience, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund for services not provided.

Your final participant count is due 7 days before your event, along with your remaining balance.Before the 7-day deadline, your package may be adjusted based on your confirmed group size, with a $450 minimum Private Party package.After the final headcount deadline, your package price is locked. If a confirmed participant is unable to attend, their portion of the experience is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another date or individual session.If you'd like to add a participant after the deadline, please contact Hawk Healing Hands first. Additional participants are not guaranteed, must remain within the 8-person maximum, and are subject to the applicable package upgrade. Any additional amount due must be paid before the added participant's session begins.

Every Animal Communication and Intuitive Reading is a unique experience. DeeDee shares the information and impressions she receives during your individual session, but specific messages, answers or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.You are welcome to come with questions or areas you would like to explore, while remaining open to what naturally comes through during your time together.Sessions are intended to offer insight, connection and personal reflection and should not replace professional medical, veterinary, legal, financial or mental health care.
